This agreement is used to document the sale of goods
from one person or entity to another. It is a simple
document; yet it is an effective way to document that
a good has been transferred through a sale. The seller
is not providing any warranties except that they have
the legal right to convey the good to the buyer.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This agreement is intended for persons who desire a simple
agreement to document the transfer of goods. It is not
intended for complex transactions, high dollar value
goods, or real estate transfers.
