This agreement is used to document the sale of a vehicle
from one person or entity to another. It is a simple
document; yet it is an effective way to document that
a vehicle has been transferred through a sale. The seller
is not providing any warranties except that they have
the legal right to convey the vehicle to the buyer. Buyer
has a duty to inspect the vehicle prior executing the
agreement and conveying money to Seller.
WHO IS IT FOR?
It is intended for use by sellers of vehicles. It is
particularly useful for the sale of used cars that seller
is unwilling to provide a warranty on to the buyer.
