This document is generally used by a party who wishes
to buy a business from another person or entity. The
prospective buyer sends this document to the respective
business owner for them to answer the very inclusive
set of questions about there business. It is intended
to help the buyer get a better understanding of the assets
and liabilities of the prospective seller's business.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This document is intended for persons or entities wishing
to acquire another business but need to obtain more information
about the prospective business.

and you will see a menu open up. In Internet Explorer Choose "Save Target As..." and
download the file to your desktop (in Netscape you choose "Save
Link As.."). Once you select the "save target as" or "save
link as" entry, a download screen will appear asking
you where you want to save the file to on your computer.
You should save the file to your "Desktop" or
another folder you can easily find. Once you have downloaded
the file, go to your desktop or the file you saved it
to and double click the ebook to open it.
