This is a simple cover sheet used by persons sending
faxes. It has some additional language in the document
to help protect the information that is being sent from
disclosure to unintended third parties.
WHO IS IT FOR?
It is intended for persons who wish to transmit documents
via facsimile and want to mitigate some risks inherent
with such a transmission of information.
Click on the link above with your RIGHT mouse button
and you will see a menu open up. In Internet Explorer Choose "Save Target As..." and
download the file to your desktop (in Netscape you choose "Save
Link As.."). Once you select the "save target as" or "save
link as" entry, a download screen will appear asking
you where you want to save the file to on your computer.
You should save the file to your "Desktop" or
another folder you can easily find. Once you have downloaded
the file, go to your desktop or the file you saved it
to and double click the ebook to open it.
